Only change is the Black Market.
You will be able to purchase from the BM even when you have units in the BM. You will only be able to deploy the same unit type once every 4 hours from the BM. So, if you want to deploy 500 marines to different locations, then you have to wait 4 hours between the first and second deployment. But, you can deploy marines to one location and tanks to another location without having to wait.
