disappearing janis...

i sent AnarkAngel 4k janis and somewhere along the way there they just disappeared...can anyone tell me how i can find out where they went? unsure.gif

lots of people seem to be losing troops... they show as incoming but never get added to village.. very frustrating.. I sent a PM to ask about 3 instances.. no reply yet unsure.gif

i just sent Wyv_[FB] 4900 swords hit give while in transit and they never showed up this is not the first time this has happened plz help out and fix this thank you
